Each creation is totally one of a kind, just like any pet as no patterns are used during making. These handmade crochet pets are made with love, care and attention to detail and totally unique.
Variations
Each keepsake includes a beautiful “secret pouch” on your pet’s stomach allowing a special place for photographs, fur or even a small vial of ashes (vial supplied on request), a memorial poem and a special memorial collar (for appropriate orders).
Each toy pet is made in a colour pallette suitably close to your pet’s natural colouration and tones. Yarn will be selected from my collection and matched on colour and texture to help create a likeness of your pet.
To obtain as much detail as possible, you will need to send us clear images of your furry friend. You can email us on [email protected] and attach your images. Please remember to include your order number, name and pet’s name. Please include details unique to your pet such as special markings, colourations, or, for example, an ear that bends in a strange way or a paw that has different colouration!
Every attempt is made to get all details of your pet included and colouration as accurate as possible, but please remember, we can only include what I can see from photographs and what you tell me about your gorgeous pet!
Dimensions
Due to the bespoke nature of these unique gifts, sizes and exact dimensions are not possible. We do not use any form of pattern and each one is created completely uniquely based on the characteristics of your pet.
Keepsake Plush measurements vary, therefor, but most are between 10-12 inches long and 8 inches tall.
Made from
Dependent on colouration, a variety of manmade fibres and yarns are used. We rarely use natural fibres, but we can avoid using natural yarns such as wool and alpaca on your request.
Each toy will have two safety eyes. Some toys will have a safety nose dependent on the artistic choices made when creating your pet. The keepsake plushes also include a heart shaped button, a beautiful memorial poem on high quality paper, a memorial collar hand crafted in crochet, and a 2ml plasic ashes vial and small funnel if requested.
Do not expose to open flames. We advise you do not machine wash these plushies.
Recommended care: sponge clean with a damp cloth; or for heavy soiling please handwash at 30 degrees only. Always dry naturally.
These are not suitable for children due to small and removable parts.
